universes you've never imagined, worlds you'll need to see
Former Chicago PD Officer Officer, Clyde Higgins, and his partner, English Mahoney, answer a call over the radio; young black male, armed and dangerous. When they get to the scene its just a kid, with a Super Soaker, playing cops and robbers. English pulls out his weapon and shoots the kid. Higgins yells "Don't Shoot!" and jumps out in front of the kid; taking all the shots to the body and one to the head.
Higgins wakes up in the hospital weeks later. The TV in his room is turned to the news and he hears "Chicago PD Officer left for dead, shot by an adolescent youth, still in a coma ...." Higgins yells "THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED!" He later contacts his superiors and informs them what really happened. He's immediately fired and black balled to protect their story. Something in him snaps, all he can do is read old news papers, and research all of the injustices perpetrated by our system against people of color.
Finally, he comes to the decision to right many wrongs and takes the guise of the urban hero, 2nd Amendment.
